Differential / CV Joint Heat Shield
Protect your critical driveline components from excessive heat. Designed for the 2021 to 2026 Yamaha RMAX 1000 models. The rear differential and inner CV joints are located close to the exhaust and receive limited airflow, creating extremely high operating temperatures. In testing, we measured temperatures exceeding 265°F without a heat shield installed.
Our Differential-CV Joint Heat Shield is designed and tested to dramatically reduce heat exposure, with testing showing temperature reductions of more than 150°F. By helping keep the differential and CV joints operating at more reasonable temperatures, the shield will help extend component life and maintain oil performance.
Built from premium USA materials and engineered specifically for the RMAX 1000, this heat shield provides a durable, precise-fitting solution that installs easily with no drilling or vehicle modifications.
